Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Stunningelbowreg, operator of the Daily Movement studio located at 1775 N Congress Ave Suite B, Boynton Beach, FL 33426, United States. This policy does not apply to studio session fees or membership charges.

Return Window

Unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must show no signs of use, damage, or alteration to qualify for a return.

Eligible Products

Returns are accepted for studio gear items such as movement mats, resistance band sets, and support blocks purchased directly from our studio location or through inquiry. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, opened, or removed from original packaging.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after purchase.
• Studio session fees, class passes, or membership charges.
• Digital resources or downloadable content.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us by email or phone with your purchase details, including the product name, purchase date, and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item to our studio location or approved return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item of equal value, contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
